Again, this is a compelling offer if you believe the RCA will be signed off and completed in the near term.
Who will believe 100% of that is going to happen definitely?? Especially these Indians.. They talked loud but emptied.. at the END>. We got hit many times,, many failed attempt.. many delays.. then throw another round of $$$ coys into that hole.. without Guaranteed.. = RCA signed. then of course we all will convert.. full amount.. we will sell our head holding.. and pay for that ELF> Simply as that.. very simple calculation..
At this moment. RISK % Reward ratio is so unbalance... that's my opinion.. I have to think very carefully to take that 30% discount or not..
