It is with interest to witness current development. And although always very positive about our technology and its medium long term potential, however on this occasion have some reservations, specially in cash limited environment, to be too exited about the most current proposition, which if not successful or postpone would potentially introduce scale up risk, and associated with it need for risk management strategies / consequences, which potentially can easily remove any projected benefits.

And going to this benefits, both of you, Mosquito and you Arion, are in my opinion, correct, under assumption that interest paid to date is also included in this offer / calculation.

$100k loan.$22k in interest and fees to date.$122k total outstandingIn accordance with yours and my calculations it should be: $122,000 / 3 = $40,667 x 70% = $28,467 + (2 x $40,667 = $81,334) = ~$109,801 still to pay
It appear, under this scenario, discount = $122,000 - $109,801 = $12,199, which is approximately 10% on the total amount, as suppose to be.

Consequently below assumption is incorrect$;
36,600 discount over the total loan @30% discount rate.$85,400 pay out figure. A compelling offer to put in for oversubscribtion and pay out the entire loan before 1st March.After 1st March through to 15th March and the 17% discount rate.$122k total loan and consolidated fees and interest.$20,740 discount on total loan.Not quite all the fees and interest but close enough.

Sorry I obviously haven’t explained it well enough for everyone to understand, let me try again from another angle.

I’ll use rounded figures to make it easy.

$100k initial loan established.

$22k in consolidated interest and fees to date.

$122k total of loan outstanding

$40k is the 1/3rd entitlement for discount of 30% prior to the 1st March.

$12k is the discount amount on the $40k

So $28k payable to leave a loan balance outstanding of $82k.

If you apply for the full amount of oversubscription you would send in another $57,400 because the $24,600 saving represents another 30% discount off the remaining balance of $82k.

This represents a total discount of $36,600 over the total loan of $122k at the 30% discount rate if oversubscription of the balance is available.

$85,400 is the total pay out figure of the $122k loan if you apply for and receive the full amount of oversubscription, subject to availability.

Again, this is a compelling offer if you believe the RCA will be signed off and completed in the near term.

They must think there will be some form of clarifying news around the 1st March to drop the discount to 17%. Wouldn’t one think?
