And although always very positive about our technology and its medium  long term potential, however on this occasion have some reservations, specially in cash limited environment, to be too exited about the most current proposition, which if not successful or postpone would potentially introduce scale up risk, and associated with it need for risk management strategies  / consequences, which potentially can easily remove any projected benefits.

It appear, under this scenario, discount  = $122,000 - $109,801 = $12,199, which is approximately 10% on the total amount, as suppose to be.  

Consequently below assumption is incorrect$;
