Hi ECT Rep
It Is good offer from ECT board to ELF holders to pay out earlier. But, Why ELF holders have to take second bullet to bite when RCA Progress with NMDC is not still clear whether these Indians will sign or agreed to Bonds issue etc. The question is How many % guaranteed by ECT boards and confidence of that Indians will sign the RCA once ECT show up the Bonds requirement?
