Remit proceeds by 1st March. Given t+2 if selling shares to clear funds leaves around 5 trading days could see some volume this week if that is a solution for some. Even if that doesn't eventuate management must have factored in that possibility in their deliberations at some point you would think. Wonder how much support is out there around the present bid.
