You only get oversubscribtion if it is not fully subscribed.
Everyone has an equal opportunity to participate.
So you won’t know if you got it until after the 1st March in case of the 30% discount.
Perhaps re read my post, it is an argument for putting in for oversubscribtion and why it is so compelling to do so.
To be clear, you get the same discount rate for your oversubscribtion if it is still available on a first come - first served basis.
You only get oversubscribtion if it is not fully subscribed....
