It’s how the market rolls people - placements are usually at a discount to gee up the instos - believe me, you want to make some profits, you want Citigroup and co (Goldman, JP Morgan?) on here - they will pump it right up like crazy - perhaps not today but once it is fully soaked from 60-70c
