agreed. Yes its a bit of a back step but that's how you move forward in this case. Added to which additional liquidity at this time will lube up future ability to climb.
I do agree in part with @pgrace that the retails get shut out at such an important time but in the scheme of things it'll be a quick clean CR and then we shall move on. When the SP is sitting above $1 we probably won't be really caring too much.
