I like the idea behind this and it lends itself to being a great story.......I think it would be a shame if this acquisition was let to slip away.
But having said that there are long lead times before a product and subsequent revenue appears......a whole lot of product testing validation to be achieved on the way......and the suggested ways that the product may be monetized are wishy washy.....I mean do hey need FDA or TGA approval for it to be used as a "medical device"!? What are these regulatory approvals they have mentioned?
There is just not enough info and the whole thing seems rushed........what price will the $3 million be raised at etc etc
One to keep an eye on for a possible entry point sometime during 2017 IMO......
