Don't let ehealth get into your head. Everyone has the right to an opinion (unfortunately but including ehealth) but at this stage there is no reason to believe the acquisition is not going to go through. Ehealth writes just enough to cast doubt without actually giving any reason. The only reason I can see this not going through if the shareholders voted against it and thats not going to happen. I don't know why there is no support at the moment I think everyone is just waiting.
