Seems like someone is keeping a lid on the MNQ price today. The sooner the shareholders meeting is held and the deal finalise the better. Then we people who are sitting on the price will disappear. Its a bit frustrating as they keep ticking off the boxes and then people just play around with the price. But as someone else has said this stock needs a bit of patience.
