These people have more access to management than we do, they might not get material information but they do get the little winks and the smiles that say it all.

As for your comments about shorting how is it relevant here? Who in their right mind would borrow a stock and short it knowing you are one announcement away from being cleaned up.

Of course this has a 80% + chance of failing, they all do at this end of the market. As for the cash situation it has been addressed short term and they are working on that cap raise for longer term funding.
