I don't think you need to worry about administrators.  The capital raising just done was $250K over subscribed and by the time they pay out Magna they will still have $500K to get through the process to acquire ePAT.  The acquisition process should only take 2-3 months.  Once shareholders approve the transaction there will be a lot less risk and the market will price it appropriately.  In the short term Management need to get on the road and get some promotion going.  I hear that the ePAT guys have been at CSIRO all week working on the accelerator program so I assume that means that next week or the following they will get some promotion going.  The brokers will be wanting to speak to the guys behind ePAT and hear the pitch direct from the inventors of the technology.
