Resapp currently $110 million market cap. No doubt in my mind MNQ will hit at least $50 million MC in the near future given their second strategy to cater for mums and dads.
Taking into account all escrowed MNQ shares (including consideration shares) and assuming a raising price of 2c for the compulsory $3 million raising in June, the total diluted shares on the MNQ register equates to around 850 million.
Therefore, we are looking at share price of 5.8c for a $50 million market cap.
