then after consolidation, our sp should be around 0.04 - 0.06
raising at 0.05, that's quite a bold move, but hopefully all is withing their calculation

my concern is that most graphite is taking a big hit, hopefully the consolidation doesnt make GRK worse and they can keep giving us great news.
