Put yourself in Buru's position .
Is it better to spend A$6.25m :-
- drilling two tight gas wells on your own acreage
- drilling two tight gas wells which are closer to market and in the process acquiring 50% of what could turn out to be better acreage
I know Buru could have got Derby before but surely Buru need to close a deal rather than let someone else get in right under their noses .
