I think you'll find I've probably made a couple of buy recommendations this year already. I'm mostly off them because Buru isn't testing the Laurel so there isn't anything concrete happening.
The reason I say the presentation is decent is because they're playing up the conventional potential and that they labor the point that everything is finalised and all legals are sorted and they're ready to go which is mostly just a relief after the last two years. I still don't think Cyrano etc is worth anything much and it looks like they're not going to do anything for the rest of the year (looks like the first part of the seismic is being delayed), but the uncertainty about their situation is over and they can focus on farming in which can only be a better thing than this time last month.

Also if they don't succeed then REY take over and get it done which is a good idea in my books.
