Announcement is good in that it does have $12 million of new orders. I think we were expecting another major contract in this first quarter so I am not as happy as I could be. Customers would be aware that we are currently at capacity and that Hume will only supply current orders, so that could be an impediment.

We need the new facilities and production scheduling in place and a few more significant orders before I get really excited. I dont think that this announcement will move the share price much, it will be when we get another major one over the line, but we are heading in the right direction.

The other facility in the US is still a few years away and the current facility will only supply current contracts, so unless we get a lot of forward orders I dont expect major moves for 12 months. It is all still encouraging.
