If ISIS or the like got their hands on the technology it would be hugely lethal because they still have the accuracy whilst moving and firing on the back of a toyata land cruiser.
But i guess they use the hilux not land cruiser.
i'm not saying this is going to happen just saying it looks like a setup the insurgents are using
