FWIW - we now have a pretty clear precedent from initial announcement to "firm announcement" - a little over 3.5 months. That is to say in March EOS announced the $150-170mln deal, and this week they confirmed the deal was done... While this isn't a predictive tool, it does give a reasonable timetable which seems to fit the complexities of this kind of deal. I did, however, figure the $170mln deal was already priced in.

I think we're going to see a uptick today (although it's Friday, so Friday selling on the market could send things lower), but over the next month I can see the price drifting down again, with somewhere around say $2.90 being the likely floor price.
