    Is happening a bit now (bidding up).

    My only financial observation is that they capitalise then amortise their software development. So their "real" earnings (ie. That contributing to FCF) will be approx $1m lower than their headline EBITDA would suggest using that as an earnings proxy.

    A nice little business tho.
