re: Ann: Environmental Approval for Cape Pres... Announcement states that the Notice of Intention to Take is in process. This process vests the land earmarked for the Port in the Dampier Port Authority for public uses. Presumably you cant grant a lease over land that you have no authority over.

As per prior announcements we know negotiations over terms have already been progressed between IOH and the Port Authority such that final leases should be signed once the land vesting process (and required notification periods etc) are over.

Nothing is done until Final Agreements are signed but we do know there is a lot of red tape in Australia and nothing said by IOH to date makes ne think the process isnt running like it should.
