Yes, lots of positives - but offset by the proposed dilution which will depress the share price at a time when we need it to go higher to ensure that the options get taken up at 15 cents.
Could some of these schemes be delayed so as to ensure that there is no dilution before the options are taken up?
Has EVG got the management do handle so many deals?
Better to take small steps before we try to fly. We need to get that first project going and cashflow positive - otherwise EVG risks just keep increasing.
On the other hand if the exploration in Ecuador gets lots of good drill results then the share price will fly, so perhaps my concerns about the conversion of the options will not be an issue.
I wonder what are JID's views?
