re: Ann: EnviroGold Increases Exploration Act... There would appear to be some positive signs in the market depth of EVG

Take out the sellers @ 15 and 16 cents and you only have about 1 million shares on the sale side.

Almost 5 million share on buy side @ 11.5 and 11 cents --- now some moved to 12 cents

Looking positive from my point of view.


Intention of a placement in March /April may be weighing on market, but EVG has the upper hand here as it is to fund other acquisitions and exploration, and presumably if the placement cannot be done at the right price their would be no pressure to proceed with it.

To the best of my knowledge Las Lagunas is fully funded to production and on schedule.


A lot of projects in the pipeline now, combined with the proposed placement. Add to that the options falling due in Dec 2011, and the picture could be seen as a little complex.

But I think we can rest assured that Las Lagunas is independent of all this and will begin production this year, which will change the whole outlook for the company.


Brian Johnson is a proven performer in the business of company start ups, has a lot of his own money invested, and from my observations seems to be a decent and up front sort of man.

These are important ingredients that go to make up a good investment opportunity.


As usual patience is required with most good opportunities.

Remember these are just my thoughts.
