Novus is a tiny Canadian company with only abut $1m in cash. Not sure where they would get $30m to pay for 50% of EVG's plant. Novus is basically reliant on EVG for its own success.
Win-win deal for two toddlers if Novus' tenements prove to be the real deal. EVG better do a bit more exploration before it over-commits on this deal. I wonder how the costs of the exploration will be shared/funded by Novus?
