    You have read the press release correctly.

    I am hoping that they will be able to raise the funds from overseas at a premium to the current share price.

    If we want more shares to maintain our holding in EVG we will have to buy on market. This will support the share price.

    I wonder if JID will get to participate in the capital raising.
