It's actually more than what i anticipated would participate. Every shareholder was able to participate at only a 1 to 5 basis, meaning 57% of our total registry took up the offer. I would be supprised if all of the top 20 took up their full allotment. That would leave a big chunk of shares left to be underwritten.
Even with majority of the smaller investors taking part there was no way in this being fully subscribed.

Either way I'm happy to see that we now have about $3M in cash plus US $17M to fast track our project and bring us into the next phase of the company
