I don't think a specific announcement has been made, but the last quarterly states "installation of Tomra XRT machine to be completed in December 2017 together with mobilisation of mining contractors". So this may be announced with the next XRT news.
We also know potential contractors visited the mining site in October following the Ector pit dewatering from the XRT purchase announcement on 04/10/17.
