Some things are out of PRE’s control and the falling market due to a variety of issues is one of them.
Just proves how hard it is to raise money in these markets at the moment.
Given the market has picked up today it shows being over by 0.09% was a matter of timing.
It will be interesting to see what sort of shortfall there was on the raising.
