True...hard to sell in this market ... but does not mean that the value of the asset is defined by the market cap of the company....last time I checked haw had $11m+ cash at bank but has a market cap of less than $5m! $11M is still worth $11M to me! ... The market cap is mainly defined by the strategic direction of the company and what management is going to do with the cash/assets! Applies to both haw and lcy...unfortunately nothing much has happened in the past 3 years...
