Ron the difference is lcy have never disclosed a willingness to sell unlike HAW and my argument about what's fair and reasonable is based on market conditions. Gbg sold their shine down project for 15mill and have a look at the size of that advanced project. 5 mill in this market is very reasonable IMO.
