I doubt there'll be the sell-off some suggest. Mgmt and BOD are taking up and/or underwriting $1.8M... and I'd expect most folks who took up the entitlement shares to sit tight. @Lefevre has indicated that Thorney will have a substantial holding. We should hear tomorrow how things play out.
I'm expecting a much tighter register and growing investor interest, especially if Waislitz is now in the T20. AIMO. GLTAH R-7.
