In my opinion,when Morgan decided to underwrite the entitlement,they should see the value here.At least if everything goes as projected,there are a lot of liquidity events on the horizon since now the Co has a very healthy balance sheet.The Co.has a few significant contracts available.The healthy balance sheet is expected to help more significant contracts to come.Not to mention the not too far cash flow positive.
