Lead Manager gets 6% fee for shares not taken up by existing shareholders. So if Pursuit Capital take up any shortfall themselves then they'll get them at a 6% discount, ie 3.76 cents.
From 30/9/10 to 28/10/10 (4 weeks) KEY's cash position has worsened by $796k!?!?!
