That seems like the logical long term exit strategy for the insiders. With WOW gone, and a brand name that is growing rapidly, but is still fairly unknown, and few other listed micro brewers.
I am assuming WOW put a gun to their head and demanded out. With all of WOWs other problems, the overall value of GRB to WOW is nothing.
