All we do know is IF the ban is lifted and not renewed? in a year or two, lakes well be swarming all over vic sites and we are already welcome in SA because of the liberals AND we have a case in a month heard by more than 1 solitary guy so any outcome is possible as a panel will be more accountable and its an appeal.
MAYBE, if you are looking at a CHEAP speculative buy for the future, lakes might be on the cards now as the worst is behind us. only a year or two and any SP could be possible. So SPEC BUY is reasonable..imo
