I seconded that, as mentioned before that we are paying little premium. I have 344K(~$15K) shares and I will have to pay only around $850 to fund RLC. I strongly believe in management and all they asking is small money and I hope all of us can do this little favor. Actually they are favouring us by not diluting stocks and trying to make sure that shareholders can maximise there return. I don't think any of us will be selling oppies under 2c at market when it will be listed (I know the calculation doesn't make sense). However, it up to u and not an advise. Just my opinion.
