Dont take up the capital raise shareholders.
The structure is ripping off shareholders while Directors and the Advisors make money. It is insulting how much they are destroying shareholder value for their own benefit and then asking shareholders to participate in their own wealth destruction.
It is underwritten so make the advisors and Directors pay gor it all. Its their screw up not ours.
