instead of advising their overseas holders that if the do a raising they won't be able to participate and having them nominee or strip them into Aussie they go and sap possibly demand out of the buy side by giving them shares. yeah they got some extra cash they were desperate for. lets see if they hold em or flog em
like dealing with dumb and dumber watching the saga that is TIS. If they had issued out of the money short dated options to us poor suffering shareholders at 70 c then if they get approval 6 months down the track we get a reward of cheap shares and they get guaranteed money without cost. Stupid idea they will be back to the trough and raise the max again and have all the expenses.
