Ann: Entitlement Offer - Dispatch of Prospectus, page-11

We were trading as WPI (West Peak Iron) prior to the name change and 2 year suspension, I also can't see many taking up their entitlement as apart of the raise as there is little information about the tenements and most importantly a direction going forward especially with drilling (I think it mentions it in the prospectus, but not in detail) with 315m shares at 4c makes us around 12mil mcap which we aren't worth compared to other juniors so it will will stay at 2c for a while id say (Even lower probably) plenty of juniors out there with cash at around 6-8mil mcap so not sure where the generating shareholder value comes into play 

Anyway good luck to everyone, I think we'll need it!
