Hmmmm,
IMHO ASF need to be diluted out of the game, not allowed to increase their proportional holding, which is what I believe this change will allow them to do.
Now UNLESS AIV have some good news to get current holders to pony up I cant see people putting in more cash in the current speccy climate.
So a possible end result is only ASF and I assume the directors getting some cheap shares.
