The BoD had a hope/expectation back then that the 8c was achievable by 20/9. Of course the SP would have to be a bit higher than that and s0lid before people holding the options exercised them.

It must be understood that only buers/holders as at end of trade this coming friday have the right to participate and then the next step is that the $.002 on a 1 for 10 shares held basis has to be applied for and paid by 5pm 7 june. Only those people will have the right to exercise T1 and T2 options. All other holders will miss out.

The release has much encouraging information. Read the Chairman's letter for starters, then the part that says that the 3 Directors are underwriting the $141,506 to be raised on the initial take-up, and free of charge too. Also, each is applying fully in re the shortfall. Good stuff!!
