Further to the ASX announcement on 7 April 2017 the Board is continuing to progress negotiations over competing transactions proposals and will provide shareholders with an update on these proposals in due course. However no assurance can be given that a proposal or any other transaction will materialise.


So it remains ongoing which is interesting and means they (whoever) haven't seen any deal breakers (unresolved legacy issues!!) at this point in time and remain interested.

If nothing doing and all parties moved on then BOD is required to disclose as such. Similarly with how they were required to disclose initial interest.
