Something 'gave' not long after I posted the above post with the issue of the Notice that all of the placement shares had been issued. So that's out of the way and there's fresh money in the bank and shares on issue now = 354.18m. These dudes also get the chance for more loyalty options as the shares issued before the EX date.

Placement costs = $123,200. Nice work if you can get it!!!

Further to the ASX announcement on 7 April 2017 the Board is continuing to progress
negotiations over competing transactions proposals and will provide shareholders with an update
on these proposals in due course. However no assurance can be given that a proposal or any
other transaction will materialise.

It looks to be the same wording as last time. What's up Doc?
