They are paying a premium for volume...
They are doubling their holdings... look how many for sale on the buy side under 1.8c
If they tried to buy that many on market theyd push the price up over 5c
But for retailers like us there is obviously no point in taking part in the offer as we can get our fill on market under that.
But if say some rich guy wanted 5 million shares, he's best off taking part in the offer as he couldnt get that volume under 1.8c on market.
