You're right Nijiman.
It's a pretty tough market at the moment though, so it's not completely management's fault, but they haven't helped themselves with their moving timelines.
I think investors will begin to start thinking Wagga Tank -Southern Nights might become another Malle Bull (ie development planning being continuously done on the never never).
That is a risk the company can control by giving more guidance on their plans, because in the absence of forward guidance the market can start mistakenly assuming the project is not a goer.
What Paterson's do with this shortfall will be an indication of how real this project has got.
