I think there is definitely a message for management to take from this shortfall. Whether they are open to doing so is another thing.I don't think i have ever seen an explorer with such good results fail so spectacularly to raise from shareholders alone what is essentially a small amount of money ( $8,736,118) Especially when the register is dominated by major shareholders with deep pockets.
