re: Ann: Entitlement issue closure and notice... I hadn't seen this ANN before now. It seems like Pato's are going through with the underwriting, which is the step this little shell needed. PATO's now own most of this company, but will dole it out to SI's and we can see what happens then.
God luck to any remaining HTI holder. Let's hope the company stuffs something good into it, and the new HTI can build some value.
