The letters to ASIC will be ignored but its an essential first step. What you need is a minimum of five people to write to Mathias Cormann and then he is officially obliged to write back. Then you can use ASIC's inanction and Cormann's pissweak reply to engage the media. You can show them what has happened then show them how ASIC and Cormann have done nothing and then you have a story. Really you need to write to all shareholders because a lot don't use hot copper.
