Your post raises many points, so let's tackle them one by one ...

    > What are all the ENT holders going to do when AON take their time
    > exploring FR and ENT runs out of money?

The point of the deal for ENT holders is that they don't have to fund the exploration costs of FR, and they even get some money thrown at them, and 20 million shares of AON. Thus, a previous source of ongoing costs now becomes an option with considerable upside potential that costs nothing to maintain, with all the risk and costs on AON, and still leaving a 30% stake, if things turn out well. For AON holders, they get their foot into the door and considerable upside potential.

    > AON will buy the remaining 30% of FR for nothing

That makes no sense. Why would ENT sell the remaining 30% for nothing? It costs ENT nothing to maintain it, so why would they sell it at all. That's the whole point of the deal. Apollo SOLE FUNDS and manages the exploration to Bankable Feasibility Study on any discovery. It costs ENT nothing until then.

    > while ENT turns into a shell with useless assets because they sold the crown jewel.

My interest in buying ENT is all about their exposure to Doolgunna copper/gold adjacent to the Bryah Basin; I have no real interest in Fraser. Anything that comes out of Fraser is just cream on the cake for me. I am very pleased that ENT will now be able to concentrate on the areas of import to me. If Fraser is what matters to you, all the better for everyone; nor have ENT sold it ... they have JV'ed it.

    > I sold ENT at 9c ages ago because I could see management were piss farting around with their projects

And I sold AON at 6c, while now they are struggling to hold onto 1c. So what? As it so happens, I'm now buying back in to AON, not because of this Fraser announcement, but because I like their Mars Aurora Tank gold adventure, with high grades remarkably close to the surface.

A deal does not have to be bad for one party in order to be good for the other. A good joint venture will be beneficial to both parties, and to its credit, I think this deal does exactly that.
